Who's Who Among Charter Bus Companies?
For a customer looking down a list of coach companies in the yellow pages, it is very difficult to determine the largest and most reputable companies. This directory lists all coach companies that belong to at least one national, regional, or state bus association including Trailways and the IMG. Currently, 1,700 of the nearly 5,000 coach companies operating across the US and Canada are represented, making them the most involved coach companies in the industry. Association membership demonstrates that the coach company cares about their service and the industry as a whole.
What's What Among Charter Bus Companies?
Many bus charter-related websites today can be confusing and even misleading, making it very challenging to establish if the company is a tour operator, travel agent, broker or actual bus owner. It's also difficult to determine the size of the company you are seeking.
To help resolve the confusion, for each listing the BOCAC directory displays the number of buses registered with the Department of Transportation so you know immediately if you are working with:
- a bus owner vs. a reseller
- a large company vs. a small company
Whether you are an experienced customer looking to familiarize yourself with a new area, or are completely new to the task of chartering a bus, the BOCAC directory can be a helpful resource saving you hours of research with just one click. Happy chartering!
