Objectives
- Provide consumers with a "who's who" and "what's what" directory of bus companies by distinguishing companies by type, size and affiliation.
- Provide consumers with a guide and concise tips for choosing a bus company.
- Provide an incentive for bus companies to get involved in the industry and develop their level of service to the customer.

History
Discussions to build a consumer-oriented directory began in late 2006 when Callen Hotard contacted Mark Greer. Dave Bolen and Mark Greer had been searching for a way to get more bus association support for a directory of bus operators, and Callen's idea seemed to present the solution.
Ground was broken to begin building the new BOCAC website on December 6th, 2006 when a contract was signed with Osmium Development, Inc. The site was officially completed on May 1st, 2007 and is set for official launch on November 1st, 2007.
